Please note:
- To participate, sponsors must produce and deliver a minimum of 8,000 samples (quantity may vary depending on the product) using eco-friendly materials.
- Your branded item or product sample must receive approval from the Organiser.
- The branded item cannot be a bag, pen, lanyard, water bottle, or reusable water bottle.
- Items must comply with GSPR regulation and sponsor must provide proof of compliance.
- Food and beverage samples must include functional ingredients and allergens must be properly listed on the packaging. For example, you can distribute a chocolate bar containing Astaxanthin, but not a standard chocolate bar.
- Food or beverage samples must be single-serve and meet the Organiser's approved sample size.
