Guidelines

1. Mascots must roam the showfloor without impacting on visitor flow or be allocated to specific spots within the event space (to be decided by the organizer) 
2. Entrance and lobby areas are excluded from mascot fixed placements.
3. Distribution of branded giveaways, promotional materials, or samples is strictly prohibited.
4. Sponsors must comply with event guidelines regarding branding, attendee interaction, and promotional activities.
