Filming duration

3h filming time at stand 

Pre-event planning

  • Basic planning meeting included 

  • Agreed production schedule for the 3h filming window


     

On-site services 
Professional crew and content format 

  • Camera  crew for 3 hours at your exhibition stand

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Up to three (3) interviews or product demos.

    • One (1) highlights video including soundbites from your choice of contacts at your stand and b-roll footage. 

Post-event deliverables

 

  • All edits delivered within one week post event, with one round of revisions. Final videos to be delivered within 10 business days.

  • Collaboration with your marketing team to optimize the video for digital channels.
